The rules for using Reggatu — Cloud and Local Edition. Last updated: 3 August 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reggatu, a productivity application provided by CTMC Unipessoal, Lda ("Reggatu," "we," "us"), a company registered in Portugal. By creating an account, purchasing Local Edition, or otherwise using Reggatu, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use Reggatu.
Reggatu offers two separate products:
These Terms apply to both products. Where a section applies to only one, it says so explicitly.
Cloud requires an account with a valid email address. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Local Edition does not require an account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Reggatu, or the applicable age of consent for information society services in your country if higher.
Cloud is offered on a 7-day free trial, no card required. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid annual subscription, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Reggatu (CTMC Unipessoal, Lda) is the merchant of record for your purchase.

Local Edition is a single, one-time purchase that gives you a downloadable file for your own use, with no recurring charge.
By completing a Local Edition purchase, you expressly request immediate access to this digital content and acknowledge that, once your download link and license key have been delivered, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in Portuguese law). This means Local Edition purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been issued.
Each license key may be activated on one device at a time. Contact info@reggatu.com if you need to move your license to a new device.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or resell Reggatu or Local Edition; use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data; or share a Local Edition license key with anyone else.
Reggatu, including its name, logo, and software, is the property of CTMC Unipessoal, Lda. Your own data — tasks, projects, journal entries — remains yours. We claim no ownership over the content you create.
Reggatu is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.
You may stop using Reggatu and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Deleting your account permanently removes your Cloud data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
